Somehow, every bit of insecurity seemed to dissipate as Siren rolled onto her side and held him tightly. To leave him then would be heartbreaking, but he allowed it like a proper gentleman. No wonder she loved him so much.
Whoever his roommate was—she never thought to ask—it wouldn't matter to her. He could put two and two together and understand their situation. At least, she hoped so, as long as it didn't involve waking them up, because she was exhausted. Happy, but exhausted.
Before she dozed off to sleep, she asked him softly:
Quill yawned with his exhaustion, arms around her as he relaxed and started to drift off. "You better believe it," he managed to mumble out before he lost consciousness.
